1. Load measurement data
Instructions
  1. Pick a study type: Gage R&R Crossed for continuous measurements (one Part, Operator and Measurement column) or Attribute Agreement for pass/fail or rating data (Part, Appraiser, Rating and optional Standard columns).
  2. Load your data: Upload Excel or paste values (tab-separated columns). Download the crossed or attribute Excel template with instructions and example data.
  3. In the configuration panel map the columns, choose the method and optionally enter the Tolerance (USL - LSL).
  4. Click Analyze and read the report: Minitab-style tables, the 6-panel chart grid (crossed) or the agreement tables with Fleiss' kappa (attribute).
  • Gage R&R Crossed needs a balanced design: every operator must measure every part the same number of times (2-10 replicates per part x operator cell).
  • Attribute data must be balanced too: every appraiser rates every part the same number of times.
  • Use a dot as the decimal separator; registered users can export the report to PDF.
Columns: Part, Operator, Measurement (one row per repeated measurement).
